LICENSING

Troubleshooting

Activation

To License Mari Extension Pack please choose the Licensing Option from the Help Menu and enter the email address used on purchase

as well as the License Key included in your Purchase Confirmation.

If not licensed manually, Extension Pack will run for a limited amount of time in trial mode before the Licensing Dialog will appear automatically.

Some License types will require sporadic internet access to verify the license on mari startup.

The Extension Pack Installation Folder needs to be fully writable at the time of licensing !

After that it can be set to read only again if so required.

Saving a copy of your license file (optional)

After Successful Activation you will be asked if you want to save a copy of the license file to a user specified location

In case of future Activation you can then directly point to that License File using 'Load Information from Existing File'

Licensing via Environment Variable

Studio Licenses can also license multiple users by pointing an Environment Variable to the copy of the License File saved via the Activation Dialog (above).

This has the benefit of having future updates of Extension Pack auto-licensed.

CHECKING YOUR INSTALLATION

Upon Mari Restart you will be greeted with a Extension Pack Splash Screen if the Installation was successful.

Additional Information about the Installation Process can also be found in the Python Console under the Menu Python/Show Console
