Mix by Jens Kafitz

The Mix Node provides a simple interpolation functionality for two values via a mix value.

It is very similar to a Merge Node but a lot lighter.

Array Mix

This Node is also available as an 'Array' Variant supporting 6 Inputs from two sources

Node Overview

Node Ports

Inputs the component A for the Mix.

If this is mapped the 'Color A' Field in the Node properties is ignored

Inputs the component B for the Mix.

If this is mapped the 'Color B' Field in the Node properties is ignored

Inputs the Mix component for A and B.

If this is mapped, the 'Mix' Slider in the Node Properties is multiplied against

the value mapped to the 'Mix' Connection.

Node Properties

Controls the Mix between Color A (closer to 0) and Color B (closer to 1).

The value can be mapped by using the 'Mix' Connection in the Nodegraph.

The Mix Slider will always be evaluated even if the 'Mix' Connection is mapped.

If the Mix Connection is mapped it will be multiplied by the Value of the Mix Slider, so in order

to get 100% effect from the mapped connection set the Mix Slider to 1.0
